Who decides whether it is prescribed?
A licensed healthcare provider reviews your intake, health history, and current medications, then decides independently whether an available option is appropriate for you. Fifty 410 does not make prescribing decisions and does not guarantee that any option will be prescribed.
What does the intake involve?
A short online questionnaire about your health history, medications, and goals. It takes a few minutes and no credit card is required to complete it.
Where is it prepared?
If a prescription is issued, the preparation is made by an independent, licensed compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient and are not FDA-approved finished drug products. Fifty 410 does not compound, manufacture, or distribute medications.
Which medications are a concern?
Methylene blue can interact with antidepressants and other serotonergic medicines, including SSRIs, SNRIs, and MAOIs. It is also not appropriate for people with G6PD deficiency. A full medication review is part of the provider assessment, and you should never start it without that review.
What does it cost?
