Common questions
Is NAD+ available now?
Not yet. Join the waitlist and we will email you when it is listed. Joining the waitlist does not create an order, a payment, or a patient relationship.
Who decides whether it is prescribed?
A licensed healthcare provider reviews your intake, health history, and current medications, then decides independently whether an available option is appropriate for you. Fifty 410 does not make prescribing decisions and does not guarantee that any option will be prescribed.
What does the intake involve?
A short online questionnaire about your health history, medications, and goals. It takes a few minutes and no credit card is required to complete it.
Where is it prepared?
If a prescription is issued, the preparation is made by an independent, licensed compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient and are not FDA-approved finished drug products. Fifty 410 does not compound, manufacture, or distribute medications.
What does it cost?
Pricing for this option is confirmed with you before any payment is requested. You are only asked to pay if a provider issues a prescription, and there is no membership fee.
What side effects are possible?
Any prescription can cause side effects. The important information on this page lists the points your provider will discuss with you. Report anything unusual to your provider promptly, and call 911 for an emergency.
